Subscriptions

The inaugural GameDay essentials box will ship the first week of September. If you order anytime prior to August 14, you will receive the first box. All boxes are shipped via UPS so you should receive your box 3-5 days from the day it ships.

Please email us using the contact form on our web site and we’ll make every effort to correct any issues you have.

All monthly GameDay Essentials subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, choosing Subscriptions and clicking “Cancel.”

Please note that 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto renew. To continue receiving packages, you will need to resubscribe at the end of your prepaid period. We’ll send you an email to remind you!

Yes! We don’t have a limit of “1 subscription per customer” so you can choose multiple teams and subscribe to their individual GameDay Essentials.

You can change your billing and shipping information in My Account under “My Subscriptions.” Click the appropriate subscription there to make changes.

We are working on the ability to switch sizing via the My Account page, but if you need to adjust a size please send us a note via our Customer Service page and we will make the change for you.

At this time, the only way to change the team you are subscribed to is to cancel the old team and start a new subscription for the new team. You can cancel a subscription in the My Account area.

Be sure to cancel and resubscribe before the 14th of the month prior to your next shipment to not miss a delivery.

Log into your account and choose “Subscriptions” and then “Cancel.” It’s really that easy. We’ll be sorry to see you go and hope you’ll subscribe again in the future!

Please note you must cancel by the 13th of the month to avoid being charged for the coming month.

Refunds on monthly subscriptions can be given up to the 13th of the month prior to the box shipping. (For example the September box can be cancelled up to August 13).

6-month and 12-month subscriptions are final sales and can only be cancelled up to 15 days prior to their renewal period.

Monthly subscriptions can be put on hold for up to 3 months. This will put your billing on hold and you will not receive any boxes during that time. Your account must be placed on hold prior to the 13th of the month in order to hold the upcoming month.

6-month and 12-month subscriptions cannot be suspended.

My Account

If you sign up for a monthly subscription, your card will be charged today and auto renew on the 15th of the month prior to each box shipping.

Example: I sign up on July 5 and have a $49.95 charge on my card on July 5 for the September shipment. My next charge will be on September 15 for the October shipment, and so forth.

If you signed up for a 6-month subscription it will expire 6 months from the date you signed up. If you signed up for a 1-year subscription, it will expire 1-year from the date you signed up.

To determine when your subscription renews, go to My Account, click “Subscriptions” on the left hand side and then click “View” to see your subscription. Look for the Next Charge date at the top. This is when you will be billed next.

Shipping

Our inaugural shipment will ship the first week of September and should arrive 3-5 days after shipment. After that, shipments will arrive sometime in the first 2 weeks of each month as long as your subscription is active.

All subscriptions are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 3-5 days of the notification of shipment. We may change the shipping method in the future, but will always work to find the best way to get your package to you.

Tracking information will appear in the Orders area of My Account once shipments are sent to our shipping partner.

In the My Account area, select “orders” on the left hand side. Choose the most recent order and click “View” to the right of that order line. From there, you will see your tracking number with a clickable button to track your order.

You will also receive an email with tracking information once each monthly shipment is complete.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are coming soon, so keep an eye out for “Gifts” on the home page!

Gift subscriptions ship out with all other subscriptions and will arrive on the same schedule—within the first 2 weeks of the month.

When you purchase a gift subscription, the notification email with the redemption code is sent to the recipient immediately. So if you would like them to be notified of the subscription on a specific day, it’s best to purchase it on that day.

When you purchase a gift subscription, and email containing your information and the redemption code are sent to the recipient.

From there, the recipient must click the link included in the email, choose their team and sizes, and check out with the redemption code. Their box will then ship on the regular schedule.
